VIBRANCE Recommends: Ethically-Sourced Seattle Restaurants

August 11, 2009
August 11, 2009

For all those in, near, or frequently visiting Seattle, these sustainable and ethically minded restaurants are a must-hit for dining out. Supporting these restaurants — and telling them why — is smart voting with your dollar.

See how it’s being done, and demand your favorite restaurant do the same!

Not listed is Mashiko’s, my favorite sushi bar of all time. Mashiko’s recently announced that they are moving to a strictly sustainable seafood menu as of August 15th. My love for them has deepened! Read more about the exciting news here!

I’ll be updating the list this weekend and I do plan on adding Mashiko’s. The list started as just meats but then I decided it needed to be taken one step further and I added seafood.

I plan on updating the list at least monthly, and likely weekly for the foreseeable future.

Admiring the persistence you put into your website and in depth information you offer. It’s awesome to come across a blog every once in a while that isn’t the same unwanted rehashed material. Wonderful read! I’ve bookmarked your site and I’m including your RSS feeds to my Google account.

A Vibrant Life

I've studied nutrition and fitness from a variety of experts for over 20 years. In this time I've come to understand that no diet, nor exercise plan, is right for every body. Your body has a unique set of needs, and by listening and exploring, you and I can learn the language of your body and begin giving it what it needs, so that greater energy, vibrancy, health and happiness can be yours!

A healthy body is a platform for an abundant, vibrant life. It's all yours for the taking. Are you ready for it?
