This tart and tasty recipe is adapted from one created by Ann Louise Gittleman. I like to use sparkling mineral water for an extra celebratory feeling. To amp up the ‘wow’ factor- serve in champagne flutes or garnish with lime wedges.
Yield: 4 Servings
- Juice of 3 or 4 limes
- 2 tbsp. of finely grated ginger (or, like me, you can cheat and use Ginger People’s minced ginger)
- 1 dropperful of liquid stevia, or honey to taste
- 4 cups sparkling mineral water
Combine 4 cups of sparkling water with all ingredients into a large pitcher. Mix or whisk well, chilling before serving.
